About the job
Infant will need general care in the afternoons (diaper changes, play, bottles). 6 y/o will require someone college educated who can help with homework and work on additional skill building after school. Someone warm, patient, compassionate, and good with both babies and young children. Not looking for someone who is going to sit on their phone the entire time. They must be engaged and present with our children. Someone who has a former teacher or in school to become an educator would be ideal.
