Schedule: Mon-Thu 9am-6:30pm, Fri 9am-3 p.m. $30/hr Maplewood, NJ Seeking experienced caregiver with special education background to support my bright, energetic 4-year-old son. He attends Montessori but needs 1-on-1 classroom support. Responsibilities: Provide 1-on-1 support in Montessori classroom (9am-3pm) Transport to activities (karate, KidStrong) Prepare dinner, light tidying, walk dog Bonus: occasional date nights/overnights (optional) Ideal Candidate: Experience with ADHD/neurodivergent children Special education, teaching, or paraprofessional background preferred Patient, calm, skilled at positive behavioral support Comfortable driving my vehicle for activities About my son: Academically advanced (reads at 2nd grade level, does multiplication), creative, energetic.
