About the job
The position available is a full-time or part time teaching assistant to cover in classrooms when needed. The candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of teaching experience working with children OR should be currently taking education courses towards an Early Childhood or Elementary Education degree. The candidate will assist the head teacher in implementing lesson plans, teaching the lesson plans, helping with art projects, feedings and daily routines. We are looking for someone who is fun, creative, energetic and loves working with this active age group! Candidate must have their own transportation, and be reliable, punctual, nurturing and dedicated to teaching young children. Ideally, we would like the candidate to begin on September 22nd. do have some flexibility. Infant/Child CPR/First Aid certified a plus.
