Babysitter Needed Wednesdays & Thursdays From 7:30a-12:30p For 2 Boys (1yr And 2yrs Old)

My previous babysitter resigned unexpectedly due to family circumstances, so I'm in need of a new babysitter for my 2 sons (1 and 2 years old) ASAP. The days are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30am-12:30 p.m. I am looking for someone who has a reliable car, is ok with dogs, enjoys going outside daily (pending weather), and isn't afraid to perform first aide if necessary. I'd prefer someone relatively close to the Hawthorne area, has energy for 2 young kids, and possibly someone without school-aged children of their own. Some personality traits that I'm looking for are warm, affectionate, dependable, playful, and energetic. I would do a phone interview first, followed by meeting at my house, and then calling 2 references. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to pay more than $20/hr.
