We are looking for a caregiver who: • Reliable, on time, and consistent with routines that help our baby thrive • Cares deeply about children and shares strong family values • Experienced with infants and knows how to support developmental milestones • Very safety-minded and attentive to details throughout the day • Engages fully and gives our little one real attention (not distracted by a phone or tv) • Must be infant CPR/first aid certified • Comfortable with feeding, bottles, diapers, and keeping the play area clean • Communicates openly with us and respects our parenting choices • Patient, gentle, and confident when handling fussiness or naps • Extra bonus points that you can teach and reinforce baby sign language, and/or if you can speak or introduce another language like Tagalog, German, Portuguese, or Russian
