Full-Time Nanny Needed For Infant (Starting March 2026)

Hi! We are a warm, easygoing family in Glen Rock, NJ looking for a loving and reliable nanny to care for our newborn son when I return to work from maternity leave. Our baby will be about 4-5 months old at the start date. Both of us work professional jobs. I work from home full-time, and my husband works from home 3 days a week and commutes into Manhattan 2 days a week. While one of us is often home, we are in meetings throughout the day and need someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day care. What We’re Looking For: • Experience caring for newborns/infants • Someone nurturing, patient, and confident with infant routines • Comfortable working in a home where parents may be present but not available • Reliability and strong communication skills • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
