Part Time Nanny

- About the Role We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced part-time nanny to assist with our three children - a newborn, a 5-year-old, and a 3. 5-year-old. This position involves working alongside a parent most of the time ("tag team" style), but you'll be primarily responsible for the newborn during after-school pickup hours. You should be comfortable managing feedings, diaper changes, and soothing routines, while also stepping in to help engage the older children when needed. - Responsibilities Provide attentive care for a newborn, including feeding, changing, and comforting. Supervise and engage the 5-year-old and 3. 5-year-old after school with creative, age-appropriate activities. Help maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment. Assist with light tidying related to the children's activities (e. g., cleaning bottles, tidying toys). Collaborate with a parent to manage transitions between naps, playtime, and school pickups. - Requirements Prior experience caring for newborns (required). A warm, patient, and nurturing personality. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy household. Creativity to keep older children entertained with fun, screen-free activities. Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team. - Compensation $20-25 hourly (paid weekly or biweekly, as preferred).
