NIGHT NANNY Needed

First time parents looking for a wonderful night nanny/mothers helper with NEWBORN experience. Baby girl is 6 weeks old! THREE nights per week. Hours range from 8-10pm-6/7 a.m. Preferred night schedule is 2 weekdays and 1 weekend. Additionally, 3 DAYS per week, 1pm-5 p.m. Preferred days being Mon/Weds/Fri. Willing to hire 2 separate people but also open to working with your schedule to have the same person. Looking for someone down to earth, loving, personable and FLEXIBLE as schedule may change a bit month to month. Would love someone who can help identify milestones as they come, take her for walks, read and sing to her. As she grows we would love someone that can help with tummy time, sleep training and helping to keep her on a routine. Occasional date night a possibility but not required Pay is negotiable based on age/experience
