Need Transportation To And From Daycare For 5 Year Old, 1 Hour In Morning, 2.5 Hours In The Evening

I need someone to come to my house at 6:30am, watch my son until 7:30am, drop him off at daycare, then pick him up from daycare at 5:30 p.m. and watch him until about 8 p.m. when I get home from work. I'm a nurse, so my schedule varies but typically twice per week (on weekdays). I know this is an odd schedule, but I have to be at work by 7 a.m. and I don't get home from work until about 8 p.m. The home daycare my son attends is only open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30pm! Must have a reliable car. Also we have a (medium sized) dog so must be ok with dogs!
