We're looking for a part-time mother's helper/nanny (about 3 days a week, with potential for more) for our energetic 14-month-old. Someone will usually be home, so the role is focused on engaged, hands-on support rather than sole care. We need someone attentive, present, and not on their phone--creative with activities, developmentally mindful, and able to keep up with a busy toddler. Light child-related tasks include tidying play areas and cleaning his dishes/items. Looking for someone warm, patient, and safety-focused who genuinely enjoys this age.
