Part Time Afternoon Help Needed (days Flexible)

I am a stay at home mom looking for someone to help me care for my two sons (3 years & 13 months old) 3 afternoons a week as my husband works late. I am fairly flexible on days but would like a generally consistent schedule. Ideally the time would be 3/330pm-630 p.m. I would like someone who is comfortable caring for both kids solo if I have errands/doctors appointments but is also comfortable tag teaming duties with me or helping with the kids laundry/light meal prep. Some days it may be just watching the baby while I take the toddler to activities or the park solo. Then I'd like someone who can play with the kids while I make dinner and get the younger one bathed. My boys are happy guys and really love to play and be silly so hoping to find a warm and fun loving person to join our crew a few afternoons a week.
