Looking for experienced nanny to care for two 4-month-old babies in a nanny share arrangement. Schedule: -3 days per week minimum, possibly 4 days -Hours: approx 8 a.m. 5 p.m. -Locations: Cranford (primary) and Union wed love to alternate weeks if possible at the 2 family homes Requirements: -CPR and First Aid certified -Non-smoker -Drivers license and reliable transportation -Familiar with basic baby sign language (e. g., milk, more) -Comfortable with 1 parent working from home -Pet friendly -Follows safe sleep practices for infants -No screen time for babies Bonus Qualifications: -Previous infant or nanny share experience -Familiarity with Montessori methods -Strong references from past families -Willing to help with light baby-related tasks (washing bottles, baby laundry) -Experience introducing solid foods
