Were looking for a reliable, warm nanny for our energetic 3-year-old son. Hes bright and curious, and does best with someone who takes initiative, keeps him engaged, and can support typical toddler big feelings and sensory-seeking behavior. We want someone patient, calm, and confident with toddlers, who can plan simple activities, provide structure, and help him navigate transitions. Responsibilities include age-appropriate play, movement/sensory activities, simple snacks, and light cleanup of kid areas. Occasional school pickup and weekend date nights if interested. Were a welcoming family who values communication and consistency.
