Sitter For My 2 Year Old

I am a teacher and our family consists of a daughter in Kindergarten and our son who is almost 2 1/2. We are looking to hire a loving, patient, dependable, responsible, and energetic person to watch our son at our house once a week and put my daughter on the school bus in the morning. We would need you to stay at our house as we don't want our son going anywhere in someone else's car. We have a big yard with a swing set and space to play as well as a finished basement with toys. In regard to our daughter, you would just walk her across the street and be sure she gets on the bus safely. The bus stop is across the street from our house. You would need to be comfortable with changing diapers/potty training as my son will start training soon. We are flexible with Mon OR Weds OR Fri as my husbands schedule rotates. Again only 1 day a week
