ISO: Nanny For Two Small Children !

Our family is in search of a nanny to help with our medical 2-year-old, a newborn, and help keep our house running! Our family has two homes in New Jersey; one in the Bridgewater area and one down the shore. We spend most of our summer days at our beach house and the rest of the year at our bridgewater area home. Our 2-year-old son has Gauchers Disease type 2/3. He is nonverbal and not mobile. He gets care from a nurse 12 hours a day, M-F. We are hoping to find a nurse to help care for him Saturdays and Sundays as well. His nurse, along with myself, are responsible for feeding him via g/j tube, giving him his respiratory treatments (chest pt, cough assist, and inhaler), and deep suctioning him as needed. Although our future care giver would not be his medical care giver, we would like our care giver to be willing to train on his respiratory treatments and g/j tube so they could help as needed or in an emergency. Also, our son's respiratory status can sometimes require emergency care. We need our future care taker to be calm, confident, smart, and quick moving, so they could help and assist as needed in an emergency situation. In addition to our 2-year-old, our family is expecting to welcome another baby at the end of August 2024. We would love for our nanny to help with our newborn as well, although it is hard to lay out specific expectations until baby is here! We would like our caretaker to be flexible with our needs. In addition to helping with the children, we'd like our caretaker to be willing to help out around the house as needed, run light errands, help with light cleaning and laundry, etc. In addition to flexible, we would like our caretaker to be: trustworthy, honest, kind, patient, calm, confident, helpful, willing to learn, independent, respectful and positive!
