My child will be 6 months In February. I will be returning to work as a teacher at that point and I will need someone to watch our child in our home while we are at work a few days a week until we get home starting around 4:30/5:00 p.m. (give or take traffic) . She will need to be watched in terms of feeding her pre-pumped breast milk and fed solids every few hours, changing her diaper as needed (may need to change clothes based on how the diaper turns out), putting herdown for naps and monitoring her during naps, engaging with her or doing structured activities with her during her wake times & monitoring her overall health & safety and be able to react appropriately if an emergency arises. Maybe be requested for some weekend hours/date nights as needed.
