Caregiver Needed For Special Needs Child

I'm looking for a great caregiver to assist my special needs 14-year-old. We have moring hours (7-8:30), afternoon/evening hours (3:30-8) and weekend hours available. Job would consist of assisting our daughter with daily life. She loves to play, eat, sing, and playing outside. I have 3 other kids who may need some care as well, but I will mostly be juggling them. Light housekeeping is a plus (dishwasher, switching the laundry etc.). Our ideal candidate will be comfortable helping with baths, bathroom, meals, and bedtime. Special needs experience not required. We can train. Schedule can be flexible.
