Looking for a reliable, nurturing, and experienced caregiver to help care for my 2. 5-year-old son and in time, my newborn, 28 hours per week at my home in New London, as I work on founding a Montessori preschool in town. If the fit is right with my children, job would be through December 2026. Toddler is sweet, playful, and responsive to directions. He eats without issue, falls asleep independently, and adores time in the outdoors. Prefer a toddler and baby-experienced caregiver with a college degree and familiarity with the Montessori method. Ideal schedule would be Monday-Thursday 8:30-3:30pm, though I am willing to set a schedule based on your available days. Willing to compensate an outstanding caregiver well! Home is clean, tidy, and peaceful. Household is screen-free and includes a sweet indoor/outdoor cat.
