In search of someone w/ a degree/working on a degree in early childhood eduction for a 13-month-old baby girl. Family of 3 in South Nashua. Mom and dad work both in and out of home. We have a whole child approach to parenting that encourages autonomy and allows her to explore the environment in a developmentally appropriate manner. We highly value letting her have the space/support she needs to learn to communicate her feelings and using connection as a way to manage behavior and be the focal point to daily interactions. General activities: Day to day basic care like diapering and washing hands and face after meal times, changing clothes etc. Preparing/sitting down at meals and clean up Following a nap schedule based on timing and tired cues Enjoying as much time outside and in nature Activity planning to guide age appropriate learning
