Nanny Or In-home Daycare For 1 Child

Looking for an in-home daycare or a nanny for my child who will be 4 months at the time of care. (Jan 2025 - start date) My husband has a flexible schedule and is usually home by 3/4 p.m. Start time can also be flexible but likely ~8 a.m. Some days may be slightly shorter or longer given his schedule. We are a young couple welcoming our first child! In our family it is very important to us that our caregiver is comfortable with developmental play, no TV, and prayer time.
