Morning And Afternoon Childcare Help Needed

Seeking the right person to help us with supplemental child care. 1-3 days a week (variably) we need someone that could arrive to the house early (6am) and get the kids dressed and dropped off at their respective child care centers (6am-7 a.m. need). Potentially would need after daycare pickup help on occasion as well. Background: husband is a firefighter on 24 hour rotating shifts. On the days he gets out at 8am, I need help getting kids off to daycare if I'm scheduled to be in for work early. In contrast, if he's on shift and I could be stuck in traffic beyond the 5:30 p.m. daycare timeline. Come the fall - we would consider full time nanny help with getting oldest on and off the bus and being with the youngest full time during the day.
