Im looking for a caring babysitter for my 10-year-old son. He's nonverbal and has autism, so I'm specifically looking for someone who has experience with or is comfortable around kids with special needs. Here's what's needed please: Kind and patient demeanor, Physically able to engage in active play and help with transitions, Calm and confident when managing meltdowns or moments of frustration.
