Date Night And Weekend Montessori Sitter Wanted

Hi! We have a young toddler we need help with a for periodic date nights and weekends. Our daughter is has always been advanced for her age, now 12 months. She's already saying words, potty training, and walking (and sometimes running). We're looking for somebody excited to watch her grow, and willing to reestablish what we work on with her individually. We follow a Montessori-based learning approach, and don't allow our daughter any screen time. Our current sitter doesn't use a phone around her, and we're hoping to continue this approach. We're looking for somebody who is excited to be around a bubbly baby and has had experience caretaking for babies in the past. The ideal person will be patient and flexible on hours.
