Part-time Nanny Needed For 2yr Old In Dover

I'm looking to hire a part-time caregiver for my 2-year-old. This is our first time exploring childcare, and I'm feeling a bit nervous. Our girl is smart, chatty, and sensitive. I'm looking for someone to spend time with her in our home for 1-1. 5 hrs, 3x a week, while I get chores done, run an errand, and/or work in the home. We don't have pets. We have lots of toys and craft supplies. We're working to get more comfortable outside in all kinds of weather, so an outdoor enthusiast would be lovely.
