We have a 17-month-old son. While we both work from home, my work schedule is loose and can change day to day while my husband works 9-5. We're looking for a part-time nanny, ideally with some flexibility, but we're open to setting a concrete schedule. I worked as a nanny myself for several years, so I'm familiar with the dynamic and benefit of adding another "family" member to ours :). We're pretty laid-back people who are looking for someone who is warm, comfortable with toddlers and loves to be silly, snuggle and read lots of books ;)
