Our daughter is an extremely energetic and loving toddler. With how she acts, plays, and looks with regards to her height and weight, you'd never know that she was born 6 week prematurely, was on a ventilator for the first 8 days of her life, and was admitted in the NICU for a month. We are extremely structured making sure that her daily routine consists of her taking 1-2 nap. First nap is at 9:30 a.m. and second is 1:30 p.m. Our Daughter eats a meal every hour in a half to two hours, containing proteins, fruits, and vegetables. We try to minimize screen time, however when she naps we play lullabies for babies. She is constantly on the move, so we are either engaging her with hands on activities (15 month age appropriate activities) and playing outdoor activities whether exploring nature, going to the park, or the library to read.
