My son has cerebral Palsy and does have brain damage from a brain bleed he got from a surgery he needed when he was two days old. He is very delayed and has issues moving around. He also has a feeding tube. He is overall one of the happiest and giggly babies I have ever met. He loves to play with his toys and loves to be included in whatever you are doing. He doesn't really cry unless he is getting over tired, needs a diaper change, or something is wrong. He is a big roller so you will need to keep an eye on him, or he will roll under furnisher. He is 2 years old but is very much still a baby and still has problems eating by mouth, but he will sometimes take small spoonfuls of baby food and yogurt. We have been trying our best to help him eat more by mouth so hopefully he won't need his G tube anymore.
