Part-time Nanny Needed: 2 Houses, 2 Kids At A Time, 4 Days/week

We are two families looking to share a single part-time nanny or sitter. We would like regular childcare split between our homes to total about 20 hours per week Monday--Thursday. We live about a minute drive from each other. (1) Age 4 girl and age 2 boy. In-home care needed Mon and Wed 8am--1 p.m. Have two cats. (2) Two boys, ages 4 and 2. In-home care needed Tue and Thu 11am--4 p.m. Also occasional child transport to/from school. Have a friendly dog. You will only care for 1--2 kids at once in their own homes. We parents may be home quietly working or sleeping while you are there. Lots of outdoor space to play. We prefer someone engaging who can get the kids away from the TV, although occasional TV is OK. One-year contract with W-2 employment preferred after a trial.
