School Transport And Occasional Homework Help For A 5th Grader.

Need transportation to and from school for my daughter when she starts 5th grade in a few months. School generally starts at 8:30 and concludes at 3:30. Some days may have different times depending on extracurricular activities. This would only be for every other week. I am also interested in some help and direction with getting homework done immediately after school. Homework isn't consistently assigned so that part would be as needed. The homework part is not required but would be nice to have. I wish to pay well-above the market rate (this app says $22/hr). I'd much prefer a flat rate to having to calculate hours. The rate would account for the wiggle room on homework help to be paid whether it occurs or not.
