Long Term Nanny Needed For Baby Girl

We are looking for a nanny to care for our sweet baby girl once my maternity ends and I return to work. My husband works from home and does not have paternity leave. We are looking for someone who is caring, professional, honest, and patient. We want someone who we can collaborate with to provide the best care for our young one. We would like to have someone who has prior experience working with children 0mon-2yrs of age. We live in a residential neighborhood in West Omaha. Our home has plenty of parking. We have a small dog who is 1yr old and about 15ib. He is a micro golden-doodle and Yorkshire terrier mix. He is very friendly with other people and dogs. He loves to greet you when you first enter. He is very sweet around our baby girl.
