Nanny For Newborn

Hi guys! My husband and I are looking for someone to watch our 3-month-old in our home starting August 2024 when my husbands paternity leave is done. Our babies daycare doesn't have any openings until January 2025. We would prefer someone who is CPR trained, experience with newborns, doesn't smoke, and okay with animals (we have 2 dogs - 10 years old and 1 cat - 7 years old). Our end time would vary depending on my husbands work schedule. He doesn't have a set end time for his work. They work until they are done. I also don't work Fridays, so we would only need Monday-Thursday and then maybe occasional babysitter on a Saturday night.
