We have a newborn expected at the end of January and are looking for care after my wife's short term disability period is over and she looks to return to work part time. We have a 5-year-old son who starts kindergarten next fall and a 2-year-old daughter who's in daycare full time right now. We expect them to remain in daycare. Sometimes, daycare pickup or drop off might be requested. On days my wife works, we would need care from 7:00 a.m. to potentially 6:00 p.m. when I get home from work. The caregiver would just be taking care of the newborn while the older kids are at daycare. Ideally, caregiver could handle drop-off and pick-up of the older kids from daycare, but this is negotiable
