Our baby is 11 weeks old and I'm about to go back to work. We are trying to secure care for her so I can work outside of the house while dad works from home. Sometimes both of us will be home but I think I will likely need to leave to be productive. We have two dogs who bark at things outside and are very friendly! We own a dog walking company so they're incredibly socialized and have no dangerous behaviors. We are trying to determine if partial days or full days make more sense to us. This is our first baby and we will need some time to determine the best schedule. If both parents and you are home, we may trade off with watching the baby and ask you to help with other tasks like cooking, cleaning, or laundry while she nurses or naps. Basically we are looking for someone capable, flexible, who can become integral in our routine.
