In Home Nanny, Full Time Or Part Time

Searching for in home nanny for my two daughters. 4-year-old and 1-year-old. Full time or part time. My schedule may vary My girls love spending time outside! We have a swing-set in our back yard and a walkable neighborhood. My 4-year-old loves playing outside, reading books, singing, and dancing. My 1-year-old wants to be like her big sister, and she loves looking at books. My 1-year-old is still learning to walk, so just general baby care is still important. My 4-year-old needs creative play and worksheets or crafts before starting school in the fall. We have a sweet shepherd/lab/hound mix named Penny. She barks at the squirrels that sit on our porch and taunt her, but she's sweet and always wants to be pet.
