Im currently expecting, and attempting to be proactive in finding a flexible child care solution for the expected return to work time roughly next May. Im due mid-Feb and will probably return to work mid-May. The baby would be roughly 3 months old. The schedule will vary due to rotational scheduling at work. I should be Mon-Fri; however, my significant other works rotationally. We do have one inside dog that would also be at the house in an in home sitter situation. There is no current set care plan given that the baby is expected in February 2026.
