About the job

We want to turn our daughter into a lifelong reader and learner. We want our nanny to play with her, read to her, and be engaged with her. We do not like TV time unless absolutely necessary. We want our daughter to play outside as much as possible. I am in the military so I will be gone at 0500 every morning. My wife will work a part time job and will likely be gone from 0800-1600 on days she works. We would like engaging play in the morning, lunch, most likely an afternoon nap, and then engaging play in the afternoon.
