Seeking Loving And Attentive Nanny For My 7 And 9 Year Old

Seeking a sitter for 5 days out of every two weeks. The schedule will be Monday Tuesday and Friday one week and Wednesday Thursday the next. That rotation will stay pretty consistent except for holidays and such that fall on those days. I have two boys age 7 and 9. They are amazing young boys with lots of energy and enthusiasm. I would require some light cleaning. Just basic upkeep stuff nothing crazy. And I do have pets but you'll only need to worry about them a few times a day. Just to let them out to go potty. The boys are in school right now and for the most part I have them covered. But should that change you and you were available to start before school let out we could discuss what that looks like during an interview. I prefer someone who is very attentive to the child's needs and will take the time to listen and get to know the child on a personal level. The kids love basketball and football and the occasional board game. The kids are pretty self reliant. They have a ton of friends in the neighborhood and love to go on bike rides and play in other peoples yards. This is perfectly fine as long as they have their watches and check in from time to time. I'm looking for someone who is passionate about childcare and isn't just watching the clock waiting for the shift to be over. Staying off their phone as much as possible and actively involved in the care of the children. Facilitating as little screen time as possible.
