Desired Traits: Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor Highly organized and proactive Ability to work independently and complete tasks without reminders Strong communication skills and ability to provide regular updates Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations Responsibilities: Care for fine items such as handmade wool rugs, walnut floors, cashmere sweaters, silk blouses, tailored men's shirts, high-value art, and furniture Develop and maintain organizational systems for increased efficiency Anticipate needs and proactively prioritize responsibilities Manage and monitor children for chores, phone time, schoolwork, and eating choices Plan and prepare whole food-based meals and snacks, including grocery planning and shopping Handle laundry for parents and assist in teaching children laundry responsibilities Overnight stays at the house (up to six weeks total a year) with kids or dogs Work up to 45/50 hours in a very busy week on occasion Punctual and reliable, with notification of late arrivals and minimal unscheduled time off Flexibility to handle unexpected situations, including coming in early or staying late with short notice Assist with drop-offs and pick-ups for children's activities Willingness to help with farm activities, including familiarity with and enjoyment of animals Requirements: Reliable transportation Smartphone and computer literacy Ability to work one or more paid trial days prior to the offer of the position If you're ready to embark on a rewarding journey with a forward-thinking family, apply now!
