Large Family Looking For Help With House/ Family Management, Organization, Child Care, Errands, Etc

We are looking for a kind, trustworthy person to help us manage our household and care for our 4 children. Our kids enjoy sports, cooking, movies, arts and crafts, swimming, playing with the neighbors/ friend/ family and more. We are a close knit chaotic family and we are looking for a brave soul to join in and help us manage all the various activities, We are looking for help with occasional drop offs and pick ups, being present after school until parents get home, light homework, cooking, housework assistance, help with organization, etc. When kids are in school we have lots of things that can be done to help keep up the house, and errands that would be very helpful. Would love the right fit to be experienced with special needs as one of our children is on the autism spectrum so prior experience with ABA, OT or speech therapy would be amazing. Would also be great to have CPR/ emergency training but not a requirement. The right fit will be reliable and flexible. This position can be a full time or a part time position. Having transportation is a plus and a vehicle with 3 rows is a big plus. We have parking available at our home We have two indoor cats that we try very hard to keep inside and a medium size dog that is very lazy but he takes a little while to get comfortable around new people.
