Hi everyone! We’re a warm, busy family with two little ones (2. 5 years & 3 months) looking for a dependable, proactive helper to join our home team! Mom is home full-time, so this role is all about partnership, flexibility, and helping our household run smoothly day to day. Every day may look a little different. Expectations: Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, kitchen, linens, organizing) Engaging activities with our toddler Helping with the baby (soothing, feeding, diapers) Occasional date nights or family travel Requirements: CPR certified Experience with both infants and toddlers Comfortable working alongside parents Great references from past families We’d love someone who is: Kind, patient, and organized Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done Bonus: background in early education, nursing, or doula work!
