Mother’s Helper / Family Assistant We’re seeking a dependable, proactive Family Assistant to support our warm, busy household with two young children (2. 5 years & 2 months). Mom is home full-time, so this role focuses on partnership, flexibility, and keeping our home running smoothly. Every day may vary depending on the daily needs of the family. Responsibilities: light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, kitchen, linens), organization, simple meal prep, errands, engaging our toddler, and assisting with infant care (soothing, feeding, diapers). Occasional date nights and travel. Ideal Candidate: kind, patient, organized, experience with infants/toddlers, and able to anticipate household needs. Reliable transportation and strong references required. Bonus: background in early education, nursing, or doula work.
