Adventurous & Caring Afternoon Nanny Needed In North Hills -Long-Term Potential

We are a Christian family looking for an experienced, caring, upbeat, adventurous nanny for our 4. 5-year-old son in the North Hills area. The position would be about 12-15 hours a week during the preschool year with a potential (but not required) to carry into summer 2026 when we need more full-time care. There will also be opportunities for extra hours with date nights and occasional overnights if desired. We're looking for someone that can at least commit to the school year. We can offer PTO and will provide W2 wages through a payroll service. Our son is a happy, inquisitive, active boy who loves the outdoors. He enjoys music, playing superheroes, riding his bike, and reading books. He is a fun sidekick! Our nanny will have autonomy to plan the afternoon schedule including lots of outings to parks, play dates, libraries, museums (we have Marbles and Life and Science memberships) and more! We'd must also have someone that's proactive about planning arts and crafts and preschool learning activities. We're looking for someone that has nanny experience (5 years+ preferably) working with a family. She must be mature, highly reliable, and hold a high value on safety. We also need someone to model good behaviors as he’s learning to do small chores at home like making his bed and cleaning up toys. Light meal prep will also be included in the role. Must have references, a clean driving record, reliable/safe car, and agree to background check and a nanny contract.
