I WFH and would like coverage during a few hours while I have meetings. I would be home & available if any assistance is needed. No diaper changes are required. I'd like you to play with him or monitor him while he's in his swing, crib, or playpen. I try to limit screen time, so something who is comfortable with that is preferred. Heavy cleaning is not expected. I'd like someone who is comfortable with cleaning up toys and wash bottles. I'd love someone who would be a part of the family, who is open to adding more days/hours in the future. To be completely transparent, we are first time parents and we're a bit nervous about someone else taking care of our baby. Someone with experience with this and someone who is patient while we find out what works best for everyone would be greatly appreciated.
