Part Time Nanny For Two Children (1 And 3)

My husband and I are looking for a consistent nanny for Fridays starting in mid-late August of 2024 for our two kids L. and F. When the position starts, L. will be 3 and F. will be 1. We are looking for a patient, kind, positive caregiver who enjoys playing with children and is preferably CPR certified and non-smoking. I work outside the home on Fridays and my husband will be working from home. He will be primarily in his office but in and out as needed. Responsibilities would include feeding the kids (we would prepare meals ahead of time), playing with the kids, and putting our son down for naps. We have a large fenced in yard where you and the kids can play and play areas in the house. There are also parks nearby where you could walk with the kids. We live in Southwest Raleigh. We value quality time, play, the outdoors and nature. It's important to us to have screen-free fun with our children and to be present with them. We believe in being kind and empathetic with our kids while establishing consistent boundaries. Both our kids enjoy being outside. Our son will be one at the time that we need a caregiver. He currently enjoys laughing, watching his sister, music, and going on walks. I'm sure he will have some other interests as he becomes more mobile,! Our daughter will be 3 and has a great imagination and enjoys playing pretend play games and pretending she is characters from books we have read. She also likes to dance, do arts and crafts, sing and go to the playground. Both of our kids will need help getting dressed, having meals set up for them, and being provided water throughout the day. Our son will need diaper changes and to be put down for naps twice a day. Our daughter is potty trained but will need help with wiping. We're looking for someone who is kind, caring, patient, and empathetic. Our ideal caregiver should be able to provide care and attention to two children as well as play age appropriate games with our children. We would like a caregiver who can be present with our kids and be able to put their phone or device away in order to focus on our children. We prefer someone who is CPR certified. You would be able to park in our driveway or the street in front of our house.
