Part Time Nanny Needed For A Future Leader!

Hello! My husband and I are interested in having a nanny for our 5-month-old. We are looking for someone who has taken care of infants, is CPR trained, and is good with pets. The schedule may vary as my husband may have some days off of work or flexible work hours. During the care, I will be in the home but working from home -- we just need an extra pair of hands as our little guy is hitting his milestones and requires more attention. Our little guy needs more attentiveness during his feeds as he takes quite sometime to finish a bottle-- per his pediatrician, he requires a certain intake of ounces per day so it is critical he finishes each bottle. The caregiver we are looking for needs to have patience, creativeness, flexibility and adaptability. We'd like this caregiver to be secure in their decision making for infant care, aware of infant milestones and willing to cultivate an environment to achieve those milestones in a playful and creative way. Yes, we do have parking and are along a bus route. We have a 4-year-old black lab. He is very playful and loves to meet people.
