About the job
Our ideal nanny is reliable, nurturing, and experienced with newborns. She’s CPR certified, confident in safe one-on-one care, and values a calm, responsive approach—we are not a cry-it-out family and want our baby’s nervous system supported in a loving environment. I’m breastfeeding and may pop home for feedings, but will also have pumped milk available. Our older daughter will be at school during care hours, and while Mondays are a must, the other day each week can be flexible to work with your schedule.
