Part Time Help Needed! 2 Year Old And 4 Year Old!

We are looking for some afternoon help with a 2-year-old (boy) and 4-year-old (boy)! We work opposite schedules and need someone for in between times. Must be someone who is confident with a toddler that will have some tears and likely take some time to warm up to them. Since the 2-year-old has some separation anxiety. Your focus would mostly be entertaining and playing. Possibly some easy dinner prep. They are pretty easy eaters. There are 4 dogs in the house that would need very minimal care. Just being let outside occasionally. Please note: we have 12-year-olds that will be present, however they do not need any care or watching from a nanny. We think they are too young for daily babysitting responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who can just focus on the littles.
