We would love if the caregiver knows infant sign language. I am fluent in ASL but she'll need it more of the time. There is parking. It is also on base. One cat and one dog. The cat, Snow, is mostly shy, but cuddles when she wants to. Our dog, Loki, is a Corgi Mix. He will die for any attention possible. Never aggressive, except for aggressively loving. Loves to lick and be in your business as much as possible.
