Looking for a nanny who is understanding, patient, and kind. Our daughter is 15 months and has been home with mom the entire time. She is EXTREMELY uncomfortable with strangers/other members of the family but does warm up over time as trust builds. We also have a 6-year-old who will be in summer camp, but our ideal nanny would be willing to care for him some days as well if needed. The option to help with transportation to summer camp would be nice but is NOT a requirement. Ideally this role would start out for 2 days a week as our daughter warms up to the idea of childcare without mom and then will evolve into a full-time role. We hope our nanny would work for us for a minimum of a year while we get our baby acclimated to others and would be nice to throw in a few date nights for myself and my fiancé as well. We are very flexible
