About the job
Pay based on experience. Looking for 4-5 days a week; occasionally some weekends or date nights, but will know this ahead of time. The fixed schedule is 7:45-5/5:30 on Tuesday, & Thursday; rest of the week is a bit flexible, based on need but that will be communicated a week in advance. So up to 40hrs/week. We're seeking someone experienced and with a strong understanding of childhood development goals. It's important to us that you are punctual, caring, honest, responsible, and reliable. It's an absolute must that you be incredibly engaging (coloring, reading, puzzles, hide&seek, outdoor play), willing to do some tidying and light housework (doing dishes/empty dishwasher, cleaning/vacuuming playroom, keeping his space/room clean and picked up, his laundry, etc), and making simple lunches/snacks.
